Mary Cornish
Mary Cornish has been drawing and painting the varied scenery of Douglas County and elsewhere in Colorado for many years. She enjoys painting landscapes in oil and pastel and is always looking for that special quality in the "Local Scene."

"Growing up around my artist Father," she says, "I've become very humble as to my ability as an artist, and have learned the value of listening impartially to criticism of my work. I must consider it and decide on the reasons for using it or discarding it, welcoming this as a great learning tool."
